The trust gap
What used to happen vs. what happens here.
Same brief, same creator, same deliverable. The difference is the infrastructure underneath.
The old way
Late or missing payments — 60-90 day NET, sometimes never
No IP protection — content reused for ads with no extra payment
Fake briefs from procurement teams without real budget
No structure for revisions, disputes, or escalation
Here
Pre-funded escrow with Razorpay before the deal opens
IICS-aligned contracts with explicit IP + usage scope
7-day auto-payout after brand approval, TDS handled
Built-in dispute mediation flow with named timelines
How it works
One workflow, three guarantees.
Every step is designed so neither side has to chase the other.
1. Brief + escrow
Brand writes the brief and funds escrow with Razorpay. Creators only see briefs that are real.
2. Contract + content
IICS-aligned contract auto-generated and e-signed by both parties. Creator delivers; brand reviews.
3. 7-day payout
Approved content auto-releases payment 7 days later. INR via UPI or bank transfer. TDS handled.

Trust infrastructure
Built for trust, not just discovery.
Indian-domestic only — INR all the way through, KYC against Indian databases, payouts to Indian bank accounts.
Funds held by Razorpay (RBI-licensed PA)
Escrow sits with a regulated payment aggregator until content is approved.
GST + PAN verified before going live
Both sides complete KYC before any deal is created. No anonymous parties.
IICS-aligned contracts
Disclosure clauses, IP terms, and deliverables built around IICS guidelines.
Section 194-O TDS handled
Platform deducts and remits TDS on creator payouts. Form 26AS reflects it correctly.
Templates designed against IICS guidelines; final lawyer-drafted versions in development.
Published policy
The rules are public. Before you sign anything.
Every marketplace says “trust us.” We publish the numbers instead — what a cancellation costs at every stage, and exactly when creators get paid. No competitor puts this in writing.
Cancellation ladder
| Deal stage at cancellation | Brand gets | Creator gets |
|---|---|---|
| Invited or accepted, contract not signed | 100% refund | — |
| Contract signed | 90% refund | 10% kill fee |
| Content submitted | 50% refund | 50% kill fee |
| Content approved | No refund after 24h | 100% payout |
Kill fees are computed on the creator’s rate and paid out with TDS handled. Enforced by the platform, not negotiated deal-by-deal.
Payout clock, guaranteed
Approved content auto-releases payment 7 days after approval. No invoicing chase, no “processing.”
Brands can extend review twice — but 21 days after approval, payout fires no matter what. Even if the campaign is paused.
Brands get one 24-hour window to rescind an approval. After that, the payout is the creator’s — full stop.
Enforced by the database, audited on every transition. The same ladder shown here is the one the code runs.
From the founder
Indian creators get paid late, lose IP rights, and chase fake briefs. Brands struggle to verify creators and enforce contracts. We’re building the trust infrastructure neither side has had — escrow, IICS-aligned contracts, 7-day payouts, KYC verification. One platform, both sides protected.
